It is important that you know that you have roots, and that they are always here to support you, and serve as a source of ingredients. From the good and bad ingredients, choose the ones that you like and make a cake that you want. Find it in yourself. Do not forget that good or bad is not a universal truth but a personal perception and by finding purpose in both, you will feel peace and understand yourself better.
