Excellent book! I bought the book after attending a symposium that the authors were keynote speakers at. After listening to them, I knew I had to have their book. And I wasn't disappointed. If you want to change the way you live to a more productive and positive way, then you have to read this book! You will change the way you think and act in many aspects of your life, and you will feel so much better! I am so glad I can just pick it up and reread it whenever I want! If you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend you do! You won't be disappointed either!

Here's the deal: the more toys, gadgets, apps that I get, the less reflective I get. Maybe my inner voice, the one that helps me focus on who I really want to be now that I am grown-up just gets lost in all this din. It's disheartening and effectively disempowering. But then I picked up this little book. Truth be told, I picked it up because the authors are friends and I know them to be good people. I read the book and realized that what it did above all else is make me reflect. The book made me think about all sorts of things that I had let the daily brouhaha allow me to conviently ignore. I feel the better for having read and having regained the gift of reflection.

I highly recommend this book. It offers so many great practical tips for anyone, whether you’re part of an organization or just want to change your perspective on how to communicate better in your personal life. With all the negativity in the world, it’s wonderful to see how you can change yourself to be a positive and uplifting individual. It’s full of great advice for all ages on how to be the positive role model to others around you.
