We are sacred. Everything on earth is sacred. This truth has been forgotten. Hunger and sorrow are visiting the earth because of this forgotten knowledge-it will only cease when we remember. The only lesson worthy of remembering is how to love and care for the earth.

It is written on the hearts of the women of this planet. The earth mother is waiting for her daughters to bring balance, once more, to the physical world, and your feminine energy is needed. Women are the key that unlocks the door to the evolutionary leap that will dance and awaken the golden dream on earth.

We are powerful beyond our wildest imaginations. We are spirit beings, energy beings; all that we see here in this physical world is illusion. What we see is what we brought to ourselves by focusing our energy through our thoughts yesterday or days before. When we change our thoughts we change our physical reality as well. We get what we focus on whether we want it or not. So it is best to focus on what we want. You are a child of the Creator, bursting with creativity, creating all the time. Most of our lives have been spent re-creating what we see. When we see something, we think about it, and by thinking about it, we re-create the same experience. We are made up of atoms, which, as quantum physics tells us, is pure energy with very little matter. she matter there is in the atom keeps disappearing and showing up. It is a great mystery how we are able to touch anything with all this appearing and disappearing going on all the time. In 1945, when scientists managed to split the atom, they blew up two cities. that is a lot of power! You are pure positive energy; that's who you really are. You are pure positive energy, wanting to give and receive love. Anything that you do that is contrary to who you really are, pure positive energy, wanting to give and receive love, causes you to suffer. Step into that larger, older, wiser, more powerful flow of energy within you. connect to your true self, and make all your decisions from that place. When you are connected, flowing and growing from that which you really are, you will know by your return to the joy of living. don't be afraid to let your light shine. Yes, others may be intimidated at first. But they will enjoy your joy of life and will want to join you there or your more powerful energy will release them to continue their journey with others of their own vibrational alignment. You do not serve your own purpose by hiding your shining light. You are sacred; you came here with great purpose. You have spirit gifts to give to this world. Only you can bring forward your special gives. I cannot offer your gifts to this world. You cannot offer my gift to this world. Your gifts are precious, sacred, and very much needed by this world. The Sacred Wakan Woman must wake up from her long sleep within and remember what her true responsibilities are---bringing spirit gifts to this physical world. You are pure positive energy, wanting to give and receive love. This world is ready to receive your gifts. I am ready to receive your gifts.

While growing up in the revolutionary sixties during the peace movement Betty Lenora began to study everyone in history who spoke about peace. Her education includes a bachelor’s in natural healing, a master’s. in education and more than twenty years as an organic gardener and healer. Her passion is to live long enough on this planet to replant this earth’s garden, and once again see the water run clean and clear.

While teaching student inmates at the women’s prison in Chowchilla, California, she was directed to begin teaching the anger management class during the years of 2008 and 2009. Her students asked her to write a book so that what they were learning about themselves as women could be shared with as many women as was possible. They began to understand that they were sacred and valuable. They began to teach these lessons to each other in their cells.
