By appreciating your past and lovingly releasing it, you can begin to harness the power of NOW! You and the rest of the world around you are changing every day. By embracing that change, you choose your direction. You will see amazing things happen in your life. You will set goals and achieve them. You will build stronger relationships, because you begin with yourself. Many of us have great intentions, but fail to translate them into our daily routine. Habits start through repetition. Journaling is one of the easiest and fastest ways to change your life. We often do not realize our own pattern. That is why history repeats itself. If you are happy where you are in life, putting it down on paper is an affirmation of realizing your intentions.
